Cacaomistry hoped to document their journey and share their mission of spreading love through Tsokolate.

Turning Vision into Voice
Brand Design
A comprehensive brand book was created to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand presence across all platforms. It includes detailed guidelines for logo usage, color palettes, typography, design patterns, and sample imagery. These assets serve as a reference for maintaining visual and stylistic consistency in all brand communications.
Website Development
The newly developed website marked a significant upgrade, providing an engaging, user-friendly platform for customers to explore and order Gramworth’s products, Pholigo and Cacaomistry. It also features regularly updated blog content that reinforces the brand’s voice and values.
Social Media Management & Content Creation (2 years)
Over the course of two years, social media management and content creation were dedicated to building a strong digital presence and fostering community engagement. Each platform was approached with a tailored strategy, and content was carefully crafted to showcase the unique qualities of our cacao products—celebrating origin, craftsmanship, and flavor through consistent storytelling and visual identity.
For Pholigo, efforts focused on continuous community education around gut health and the product’s unique benefits, positioning it as both a wellness solution and a trusted brand.
Marketing Campaigns
Marketing campaigns were strategically designed to boost brand awareness, engage customers, and attract new audiences. We consistently supported the brand through expos, marketing events, and targeted social media advertising creating opportunities to connect with potential customers and collaborators.

Once their internal capabilities were solidified, the team confidently took over their marketing operations—marking a major milestone in their journey toward sustainable, purpose-driven growth.
We worked closely with Chief Tsokolate Maker, Mel, to understand and shape her vision. From there, we created a content strategy and produced assets that reflected her purpose. Through thoughtful campaigns and storytelling, we helped boost brand awareness and promote their events online.
We also joined bazaar events to support sales and brand exposure. From July 17, 2023 to January 31, 2024, Reach Global Outsourcing Services Inc. led the retail operations of Cacaomistry at the SM Startup Market. During this engagement, we implemented streamlined standard operating procedures (SOPs), trained in-store personnel using our systems-based approach, and helped create a seamless retail experience.
This partnership resulted in measurable sales growth, increased operational efficiency, and the successful establishment of Cacaomistry as a recognized and trusted brand in the local market. The visibility and customer engagement from this period helped nurture a loyal community of cacao lovers and laid a strong foundation for future expansion.
To make shopping easier, we built an e-commerce site where customers can browse and order Cacaomistry products. In addition, we managed Pholigo’s social media for a year and helped stabilize its brand presence.
